Meet Rebecca
Hi! I’m Rebecca Scott (Becca), a licensed therapist with over seven years of experience working in the mental health field, supporting individuals, couples, and families in agency, private practice, and school settings. I have worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, identities, belief systems, and life experiences, and I am committed to providing a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for healing and growth.
I specialize in helping individuals recover from narcissistic abuse, process complex trauma, strengthen executive functioning skills, build healthier more fulfilling relationships, and navigate life’s many challenges.
My work is trauma-informed and evidence-based, supporting survivors of complex trauma and neurodivergent clients (ADHD, autism). I help clients build self-trust, emotional regulation, and executive functioning skills. I believe therapy should honor your unique strengths, experiences, and goals, and I take a collaborative approach tailored to your individual needs.
I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Neurodivergent-Affirming Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Feminist Therapy. I also, take a holistic approach that incorporates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and lifestyle-based support to promote overall emotional mental, and physical well-being.
You do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Together, we can create a path toward healing, growth and a life that feels more aligned with who you are and who you want to become.
Rebecca Scott, LMHC
